i’ve lost 4 inches and 4 kilos/8.8lbs!

in 3 weeks i’ve lost 4 kilos, which is good going!
ive been going on regular runs for 2.7 kms, it takes me about 25 mins but its more than i’ve ever done before, as well as playing netball once a week.
my daily food intake hasnt been restricted either:
breakfast:
1 banana, cereal, yogurt, coffee 400 cals
lunch:
weight watchers soup, cracker bread, apple- 300 cals
dinner:
fish, peas, sweetcorn (sometimes potato waffle) 400 cals
and then coz it’s quite restricted portions i can have a treat. today i’m having cookie dough, but only half of a portion.
i went and played netball this evening, and nearly fainted from being so unfit, but i pushed through and really enjoyed it :) hope i worked off all those jaffa cakes i consumed today…. i will shift this horrible weight!!
576 calories burnt from today’s netball, plus about 850 from cleaning. today.
someone left a collection of jaffa cakes for me to eat. ive had so many, i feel so fat. but i just kept binging.
i have done 5 hours of work and im going to go play netball tonight, so maybe that’ll work it all off…. :( i am such a fatty.

today i spent 2 hours doing the house work, and i think i may have lost another pound somewhere along the line.
breakfast is always something along the lines of coffee (found out yesterday a black coffee has only 8 calories!), banana, yogurt and then either toast or cereal, at the moment it’s porridge. but i’ve run out of all that now. so in all i start the day with 400 calories, and then i try not to snack until lunchtime… today however i had a piece of meringue coz i went with my work collegue to the bakery, and she shared it with me. oh well…! then i cycled to uni, traipsed around the library, cycled home with a flat tyre (pumped it up now tho!) and when i came home i realised just how disgustingly dirty my house is, so i decided to give it a bit of an intensive clean- particularly the kitchen because the microwave and stove were filthy. so me being me had to go and clean practically everything. and i thought i was finished and able to have lunch, but i can see some real dust bunnies lurking on my desk. off to wonderland you go, bunnies!!
i calculated i must have done about 2-3 hours of cleaning today, and some cycling. so i think i deserve something yummy to eat. shame the only thing i have at the moment is rice cakes and cream cheese… :(

just when i weighed myself before my shower. i have no idea how that happened, but i tested twice and i’m def 88. that happened quickly…
in other news, my stats are: bust 38, waist 35 hips 43
